Shopfolio (shopfolio.app) — how to delete your data

Delete your data

  • In the app: Settings → Danger zone → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, uploaded media, links, shops, click history, and any legacy platform token.
  • From Instagram/Facebook: remove Shopfolio under Settings → Apps and Websites. Meta notifies us and we automatically delete the data obtained through that login (your Instagram connection and its access token). Shopfolio no longer connects to social platforms, so this only applies to a connection made in an earlier version.

What gets deleted

Account-level deletion removes all data we hold about you: profile, media files, product links, shops, your storefront, click-tracking data, and any legacy platform access token. Platform-only deletion removes the connection and token for that platform.
