Terms of Service
Shopfolio is a tool for making shoppable shops: capture and organize your products and photos, build shops out of them, and publish them to a link-in-bio page on your own domain. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Accounts & access
You need an account to use Shopfolio. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract and to hold the affiliate accounts whose links you bring with you.
Your content
You retain all rights to the media and links you upload or capture. You grant Shopfolio only the limited permission needed to store your content and to serve the pages you choose to publish. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you publish.
Social platforms
Shopfolio does not post on your behalf. It does not schedule, publish, or connect to Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, or any other social platform — you share your Shopfolio link yourself, wherever you already post. If you connected a platform in an earlier version of Shopfolio, removing the app from that platform (or deleting your Shopfolio account) deletes the stored connection and its token; see our Data Deletion instructions.
Affiliate links
Shopfolio does not create affiliate links and never collects or splits a commission. Products you capture keep whatever URL you gave them — including affiliate links you made yourself elsewhere — and tracked links measure clicks, nothing more. You are responsible for complying with each affiliate network's program rules and with applicable disclosure laws, including making the disclosures the FTC requires (such as a clear "#ad" or affiliate statement) on the posts where you share these links.
Subscription & billing
Shopfolio offers a free tier and paid monthly subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in Settings; your plan stays active through the end of the current paid period and does not renew after that. Except where required by law, amounts paid for a period already started are non-refundable. Current prices and plan limits are shown in the app and may change on notice, with any change applying to future billing periods. Your content and tracked links remain yours and stay exportable if you cancel or downgrade.
Acceptable use
Do not use Shopfolio to publish unlawful content, infringe others' rights, capture pages you have no right to copy, or abuse the service's infrastructure. We may suspend access that violates these terms.
Service & disclaimer
Shopfolio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. Features that read other websites — product capture, page snapshots, link health checks — depend on those sites and may fail or return incomplete results for reasons outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, Shopfolio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes & termination
We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be reflected by the date above. You may stop using the service and request deletion at any time (see our Privacy Policy).
